Hourly Consulting
For short-term projects or on-demand HR expertise
- HR Consultant / HR Manager: $150 – $200 per hour
- Senior HR Partner / Strategic Advisor: $200 – $250 per hour
- Administrative or Compliance Support: $95 – $125 per hour

Includes up to 20 hours of monthly support.

Strategic HR Advisor – Starting at $4,000/month
For larger or scaling businesses (75+ employees).
Includes up to 35 hours per month.
Focus: executive-level HR strategy, culture design, and leadership support.
